Lately, I really like to drink golden milk before going to sleep at night.
It has so many anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties for our health.
To make it, it is very easy:
⚡Ingredients (for the paste):
- Turmeric
- Ginger powder
- Cinnamon
- Black pepper powder
- Coconut oil
- Water

⚡ Elaboration:
1# Pour all the ingredients in a saucepan and stir until they are integrated.
2# Then heat over low - medium heat and stir often. Wait for all the water to evaporate.
3# Pour the contents into an airtight jar. Store it in the refrigerator (it will last you 1-2 weeks).
⚡ To make the golden milk:
1# Heat a cup of your favorite milk and pour in a tablespoon of turmeric paste.
2# You can sweeten with honey or syrup. I like to add cinnamon.
