Is there any way to set the gopro to turn on 5 days a week (Mon - Fri) from 7 AM to 6 PM and record only during those hours, at selected days? I need to record construction and I sure don't need all the frames during the night. I've heard it's possible but I don't know how.

Same. Looking for a way to schedule time during the day and not at night

Great video!! Is it possible to make a timelapse video making captures every 5 (or 1 minute) minutes during for example 8 hours? Then swich off the go pro? It is for a construction project. Thanks.

@@Reddylion i think we can do it just using goprolabs! 🤷♂️

Yes you can / on my GoPro 10 / here are the steps Timelapse option Edit mode Second row is "Interval" / Choose that option Option bar on right side Choose between 0.5 seconds to 60 minutes Timelapse will be created with a picture taken at every interval you choose 5 minute option is second from top / 1 minute option is 7th one from bottom The scheduled capture is next option to the right and follow this video to set times to start/stop One KEY factor to consider is in the edit mode as well / first line on far right is "Format". The options are video or photo. If you don't want to have to do a lot of editing (or any editing) choose video. Otherwise you have to work with the photos to essentially "stitch" them together to make a video. For longer videos you can buy a battery panel that allows a USB C connection directly through the panel - works really well / may want to cover connection location with something if construction site is dusty

@@pll66 nice, thanks . I want video mode for interval recording, not timelapse photos, maybe after a every 10 minutes break , capture a 3 minute video etc, until the battery lasts or maybe a 10 hour etc hour full trip. For road trip.

@@pll66 Hi, do you know of an adapter that will convert 12v "car" battery to 5v 3amp USB power to run this gopro? I have already bought 6 different ones on Amazon that claim to have 5v 3a USB output but every one of them the GoPro turns on, then gives that warning that there is not enough power, telling me to plug in at 5v 2amp minimum. My only option at that point is to hit "Ok" and then gopro turns itself off. (This is without battery) Any advice hugely appreciated!
