For ready to drink coffee (not concentrate) use 50g course ground coffee and 75 ml water for a 1 quart jar or 100g course ground coffee and 1500 ml water for a 2 quart jar. I recently bought just the County Line filter because I already had 2 quart jars and pouring lids. They've improved the silicone gasket. It now covers both the bottom and the top of the rim of the filter.

I am surprised that just a dad has not answered your question because he's good at getting back to his videos and giving answers. You can usually keep cold brew from about one to 2 weeks in the refrigerator.
