Lol @ ice man! He looks like a professional ice shaver deh. Both the syrup and fruit flavor is looking very nice. This is a real home run cone. You have made the pressure beautifully. 👍🏽✈👍🏽👍🏽🇬🇾🇬🇾🇬🇾❤❤💯🙏🙏

Thanks bro we made his work for his snow cone lol 😂 bai I must say this one was a hit so so satisfying and delicious
To those making the sugar water, you do NOT have to cook the sugar water, just add an extra cup of sugar and stir till fully dissolved and it will thicken on its own after a good hour. You do have to cook down the fruit concoction though as she demonstrates.

Old school is so much better! The blender crushes differently! In Puerto Rico we like “piraguas” with many different flavors. Coconut, pineapple,tamarind are my top three favorites!

Hi Vickie, I am starting a sno ball business. Can u give me the correct sugar to water measurements for simple syrup that the flavoring will be added to. I'm afraid that if I make it wrong, it will get toi thick and crystallize in the bottle.
@vickie5394 Жыл бұрын
@@fairydust-ky4oc Fill a gallon jug with 4 lbs of sugar. Fill with hot water and add your flavor. Shake it up. I did use a preservative to eliminate mold growth. Sodium Benzoate.
@fairydust-ky4oc Жыл бұрын
@vickie5394 How much of the preservatives did you use? Should I keep syrups refrigerated? I've never had any experience with this. I'm trying to learn all I can but my family and friends are making me second guess myself. I just want to try to start a small business for myself. I'm in South Carolina, so the weather in the south is perfect for a sno ball business. Thank you so much for the advice.
@vickie5394 Жыл бұрын
@@fairydust-ky4oc You don't need to refrigerate your syrups. I can't remember how much preservative I used, I believe it was a few oz. Don't let anyone or anything hold you back from your dream. Start small, you don't need alot of flavors to start up. Good luck!

You don’t have to cook your sugar water, just add extra cup of water, stir till it’s dissolved and it will thicken on its own within an hour. If you want to get a much thicker syrup, you can microwave it for a few minutes till it’s the consistency you want. :)
