How much diff. Is her green seasoning compared to yours, I saw she didnt put maggi from jump in her green seasoning
@dorannette264 жыл бұрын
We use the same vegetables, growing up she add the maggie but she no longer uses it. She used other seasoning. I also know longer use maggie cubs. I will upload new epis video without maggie.
@dorannette264 жыл бұрын
At the time I made my epis video, I used the maggie bouillon cubs, I no longer use it, in my food. My mother on the other hand stop using maggie years ago. I always say, the videos on KZbin are guideline to help someone, to make a dish but you prepare your food based on your taste buds and what you like. Example: If someone adds black pepper and you don't like black pepper, it doesn't mean you have to add it to your food. Cooking is a art, creating your own portrait.

How long did it take the fish to cook overall? After the initial 10 minute of boiling, the timeline is vague
@dorannette262 ай бұрын
@@BlackMoonstone531 .. 10 minutes was a rough estimate. Your stove maybe set at a different temperature, so cook until the internal temperature is 145°.
@BlackMoonstone5312 ай бұрын
@@dorannette26 Thank you. I was wondering about the other steps until the fish is cooked though. There are no time estimations mentioned after the first step of boiling. How long is the overall process for the fish?
@dorannette262 ай бұрын
@@BlackMoonstone531 We Haitians do not use timer when cooking. We just know when it’s done, it comes with experience. If you’re not sure, use a thermometer. It is fully cooked when it’s 145 degree Fahrenheit.
@BlackMoonstone5312 ай бұрын
@@dorannette26 I know. I'm Haitian descent. . I never really learned how to cook the staples properly growing up and I'm now getting better through your online recipes. I tried a few already (did the chicken gizzards the other day and it turned out great. rough estimates help). I've just never seen fish done your way before. I will try it out soon. Thank you for your recipes
