wow I watched a video of yours 2014 when you show how to do Head Wrap ,you are still just as lovely gurl. keep up the good job with your health. I live coconut oil and I eat a TBS of the stuff daily. use in my hair and face 2. They don’t recommend that you use 60 to 90% alcohol they recommend that the alcohol content in your finished hand sanitizer is 60 to 90%. Otherwise this video was spot on and you made an effective hand sanitizer, because most people dont. If u would have made this recepie with 60 or 70 ur finished proud would me 30-40%alcohol v

The key to DYI hand sanitizer is the alcohol. It must be 91% or higher and can be mixed with aloe, aloe vera gel, glycerin, vitamin E oil, and coconut oil as a humectant. The key is to maintain the proportions with a high alcohol content. Because it is the alcohol that kills the virus and the humectant that keeps the alcohol from drying and harming the skin by adding moisture, like in lotions.
