I feel you, Carole. I feel like even within my circle, there's been an influx of celiac. You could always do how I like to when I'm impatient (and just eat a big ole' bowl by yourself, minus the crisps). After about the 4th serving, I've usually gone overboard though. I wouldn't recommend eating 'til you feel like you're gonna burst like me =)

i LOVE ahi tuna.. usually only get to have it at a japanese restaurant or wegmans.. idk where to get sushi grade tuna around here.. T_T i havent seen it in our store, walmart or sams club.... :'(
