Being "old" has nothing to do with it but you'd have to be seeing someone to apply these techniques. It sounds like your dating pool is small but that's determined by a lot of factors that you are able to change. How you invest in yourself is key! Where do you go/ what do you do for fun? Do you read, exercise, eat healthy, put effort in your appearance, practice good hygiene? These things might seem like they shouldn't matter but they really do!

I will answer I’m 55 I will tell you it’s your attitude . You talk about your self as you do not matter… so, guess what you don’t. It starts with you. Take care of yourself eat healthy , exercise dance in your living room do what makes you happy, do what makes you feel sexy and after awhile u will start to show confidence. And that is sexy. At any age. Pick up a hobby learn new things and people will want to be around you. Change your attitude!
