Great video Jared..,love making sausage..like you said it's time consuming but nothing beats a homemade sausage, I put diced jalapenos and cubed cheddar in a pork sausage I make..pretty darn tasty..thanks for sharing & bring Roland back..

Just keep them in the solution in the fridge or you can pack them in salt and leave in the fridge

I'm going to make sausage for my first time tomorrow. I've been watching videos where people put dry milk in as a binder but yours looked like it turned out good. Have you done it with the dry milk and if so what's the difference?

Oh man what a heavy duty really! You look very unsuitable for this kind of thing mate. How the hell viewers try your recipe s. Don't take me wrong mate...this is unbearable and you need to get some healthy advice. Most of the Americans are like this..lot of heavy duty chefs too. Sorry for the inconvenience .
