The hummus recipe that I propose today is very smooth. All the ingredients are highly balanced and the end result is a smooth, creamy and balanced hummus.
INGREDIENTS:
- Chickpeas (500 g)
- Olive oil (90 ml)
- Water or broth (100 ml)
- Garlic clove (1 medium)
- Juice of half a lemon
- Sesame seeds (4 tablespoons)
- Paprika (1 teaspoon)
- Pepper
- Salt
