I'm thinking an auger would allow one to move the pellet material through the tube and extrude it through the plate. It would be like a meat grinder but for moist saw dust

Simpler unit would be a kzbin.infozCSS4zfmlso where rollers push feed meal through extruding plate the motor just turns the rollers around in the bowl and runs over meal pushing through extruder plate to make pellets.
