That is how my grandmother make her chocolate when inwas a child it is a long process but we enjoy our chocolate tea on Sunday days and coming on to Christmas that was back in the good days

They skip a step which is fermentation. Fermentation helps to make the nutrients more bio-available and also helps to develop deeper chocolate flavors.

No the oil is naturally in the chocolate the Annato gives the oil the red colar
