Ingredients
- 3 kilograms of Sole flats fish (fillete ,removed
bones)
-1 killogram of rock sea salt or
- water
Note 1: recommended rock salt, please crush it before marriage with fish, and after that please rest it on the strainer for 2 weeks to allow your Prahok good corporation with salt and drain off the salty juice before you transfer it into a jar.
Note 2 : for health concern, ( avoiding the stain from metal lid), recommended use a plastic lid. If you don’t have it. Please use a clean plastic bag between the metal lid.
Note 3: Salt, you can adjust to what your needs.
If you use less salt, your Prahok can’t keep longer.
