That's indeed part of any standardised QC. But in those countries it's more or less impossible to put in place..

@@blackberry_seed8390 lack of the necessary equipment mostly. To test them you're not applying the standard pressure. Sometimes they test them at 10 their requested pressure. That plus the lack of QC culture.
