Some notes on efficiency. You said that you made invert sugar and added that together with some backset. Technically to invert sugar you just need an acidic environment (PH of about 5) so all you need, since you've ran your still anyway and your backset is hot is use that instead of water. No need to heat water up from room temperature. Just place your backset in a boiling pot and it will obviously boil faster since it was hot to begin with. You also don't need to go 2 to 1 in volume, you can use as much as the backset you want, because it's all the same PH (you can go for a 1 to 1 to make it easier) and you probably won't need any lemon juice or citric acid since the backset should be sour enough.

im stuck here with brown sugar , wonder if it will work? IM in Panama...only brown sugar.....hey! one quick question- where did you get that cool stirring setup- motor, mount, and stainless paddle....i could sure use one of those!

Yes, Invert sugar is easier for the yeast to digest.

Rule of thumb is generally 2lb per gallon however 1.5lb per gallon is easier on the yeast and comfortable yeast don't produce off flavors and odors...

Im having an issue i think invert sugar will cure.my hard ciders get sweeter after bottling due to inversion occuring after capping. How long do you boil your mix till its done?

Lbry is an alternative to KZbin with less censorship, good video. Thanks. Maybe do a video about flavor profiles that carry over. Corn yeilds sweet flavor. Wormwood yeilds a minty green flavor, blueberries yeilds a cool flavor.. these are ones I've noticed but carrots surprised me the most
