How to cook Blessings to you sis!!! Thanks for this, think I'm going to cook some ackee today😋 Just wondering if the tin ackee in the tin in the US tastes different from UK? The reason being, I've been noticing of late, that there are hard bits of ackee even though it's been cooked down, so Ive literally had to start pre boiling them, beforehand. This is certainly ONE of the things that the children and I miss about JA, our ackee tree!!!! But hey, who knows what Father God has in store, because I'm DEFINITELY not looking to grow older out here. Please make some vegetarian foods for those of us who dont eat pork anymore and want to gradually ease off of meat completely. I can cook, but not so adventurous with non meat meals.
