You can preheat wrapped the festivals in paper towels damp it put in the microwave for 40 seconds it comes out like you have just made it , also fried dumplin

Hi Ms. Deb! You made these the way my grandma made them. We call them Johnny cakes. I absolutey love the way you cook! You don't cut corners. You cook real, authentic, seasoned food! You should write a cookbook. I would buy 100 of them.🙂🥰 Love ya!

Johnny Cakes are Fried Dumplings, no sugar and ROUND as the name cakes suggests. This is different.

Johnnycakes are plain fried dumplings made with flour, not cornmeal. Ms. Debbie has a recipe (probably more than one ;))
