I made this yesterday per my husband’s request. The taste was excellent. The only thing is that the flour measurements that Morris said are off. He said 400 grams or 3 cups of flour. 3 cups of flour is 360 grams, not 400. Against better judgement I used the 400 grams and had to add water to get the dough to form as it needed more moisture due to too much flour. Will be making this again for sure!!

Just stumbled onto your channel. I grew up in Queens, NY and there was a Jamaican store not too far from me. I used to walk there every time I had 2 dollars on me to buy a pack of these. They were freaking delicious. 3 came in a pack and I would slice it open, put a slice of cheese, warm it up and then all hell broke loose. You found yourself another subscriber. I will try to follow your recipe for this and other foods that I grew up eating. I'm already eyeing the fried dumplings on the side bar as I type this out to you. lol
