I am a retired diesel mechanic that loves to taste different foods. We had a Jamaican may in the shop that use to bring it in every once in awhile. Now that I am retired I have the time to do this and I did exactly what you said and this hot Blooded Italian loved it must try recipe if you like curry food. I put over brown rice and beans excellent taste.
