How to make Japanese Matcha soy warabimochi easily at home.

レンジで作る！もちとろ。
『抹茶豆乳わらび餅』
材料(作りやすい分量)
抹茶 2g(小さじ1)
てんさい糖 30g
熱湯30ml
豆乳200ml
片栗粉40g
きなこ 20g
抹茶 5g
黒蜜　お好みで
作り方
抹茶とてんさい糖を混ぜる
↓
熱湯を少しずつ加えて混ぜる
↓
豆乳を加えてさっと混ぜ、片栗粉を加えて混ぜる
↓
600wの電子レンジで30秒ずつ2分加熱。その都度混ぜる。3回目からはゴムベラに持ち替え、よく練る。追加で様子を見ながら10秒〜加熱する。
↓
ピッタリラップをして、氷水で粗熱をとる
↓
冷蔵庫で冷やし、抹茶きなこと黒蜜をかける
※食感が変わってしまうのでなるべく早く食べる
片栗粉と電子レンジで作るお手軽わらび餅。
もちとろっとした食感がとっても美味しかったです(๑˃́ꇴ˂̀๑)

Make it in the microwave! Soft and chewy.
"Matcha soy milk warabi mochi"
Ingredients (easy to make amount)
2g matcha (1 tsp)
30g beet sugar
30ml boiling water
200ml soy milk
40g potato starch
20g kinako
5g matcha
Brown sugar syrup (optional)
How to make
Mix matcha and beet sugar
↓
Add boiling water little by little and mix
↓
Add soy milk and mix quickly, then add potato starch and mix
↓
Heat in a 600w microwave for 30 seconds at a time for 2 minutes. Mix each time. From the third time, switch to a rubber spatula and mix well. Heat for an additional 10 seconds or more while checking the condition.
↓
Wrap tightly and cool in ice water
↓
Cool in the refrigerator and top with matcha kinako and brown sugar syrup
※The texture will change, so eat as soon as possible
