Do you use high or medium heat? For some reason, the eggs keep sticking to my copper pan when I try to flip them. I think I'm putting enough oil. 🤔

Hello, and thank you for your comment! When I make dashimaki tamago, I use a heat setting between low and medium. Since copper pans have excellent heat conductivity, it might be better to use a lower heat setting, even though it takes a bit more time. I hope it works out for you next time.
