The plans are 800 yen. That is 5.70 in US$. Very reasonable. I hope you become wealthy selling your designs as I look forward to purchasing from you. By the time you purchase all the materials, you may have invested close to enough money to purchase the tool. Having being the person who made the tool is worth it's weight in gold. Sounds like a good deal!

I admire the flawless workflow in this and ,of course, the sleek design of the finished product. I think a mark of the clarity of the process is that it requires no voiceover to explain the actions taken or explanation of the why. I am reminded of Roy Doty’s “Wordless Workshop”, which was a monthly feature of Popular Science magazine. It consisted of a series of cartoon panels showing how to make various items without any text commentary except dimensions.

Finally we have a seasoned craftsman. I am convinced that this project will bring back happiness to my life. His skill level is at a different level, I assure you that. It's not really about the tools he has, there is a different magic on his fingers. I am not kidding, rewind the video and take a close look at the way he uses his fingers, that's where the magic is, especially the fingers on his right hand. This has inspired me to try this at home with my jigsaw.

This is one of the better jigsaw table designs I've seen, BUT, I have gathered together all the pieces to make one, plus one no one else has used. I bought a scrap jigsaw today for £2 and I'm going to use the original blade guide roller from this behind the 2 bearings to centralise the blade.

Excellent design and video. The only changes in the design that comer to mind are: 1) Cut a small block the exact thickness of the depth that the bearing support protrudes plus one millimeter and glue it back near the rear of the support post so that when adjusting for the thickness of the piece to be cut, you can just rest the post on the material and then lock it into place. 2) If the position of the T-track was at a diagonal, then the size of a circle to be cut would be almost 50% larger. Even so, an excellent design and build. Congratulations!

Regarding @3:09, using a transfer punch (not a "center" punch) can help you to easily and accurately find the center of a hole; with little room for error. There are inexpensive as well as expensive options depending on what you'd want to get. I know you strive for precision. So, I hope this is a suggestion that can help in a small way.

Agree with some below comments, a bearing on the back of the blade would make it great and the foot switch could even be a dead man switch so you have to keep your foot on it to have power. I'd like to see some transparent guards on some of your machines too.

I like how the blade guide can be moved depending on the cut. I found the blade guide not necessary for making a good cut, although it does look like yours is preventing the workpiece from flying up on its own.

I actually had the idea to do this but I haven't made one yet. Yours is a very nice, and simple, design with useful extra features. I particularly like the support bearings. I didn't think of that. A nice addition would be a height setting jig - a block that’s just slightly thicker than the distance from the bottom of the arm to the bottom of the bearings bracket. You could then set it on top of the work piece, loosen the height adjustment screws and lift the arm up, then slide the work piece and height jig under the arm and allow the arm to rest on the jig block while you tighten the height adjustment screws. Another nice addition would be an attachment on the arm for a vacuum hose.

Found it interesting that for the circle jig, it's totally optional, but really useful. I'd change that centering peg to a few different length machine screws with the threaded part at the bottom and grind the threads smooth at the top, that way you'd end up with a variety of different centering pegs so it's not necessary to penetrate the wood piece all the way through (some may not need/want a hole to fill)
