INGREDIENTS:
KEBAB:
3kg 20% minced meat (lamb or beef)
Onions
Dried parsley (3 tbsp)
Salt (3 tbsp)
Black pepper (3 tsp)
Red chilli pepper (1 1/2 tbsp)
Butter (2 tbsp)
Saffron
DOOGH (YOGHURT DRINK):
Sparkling water (1L)
Greek yoghurt (500ml)
Salt (2 tsp)
Dried mint (3 tbsp)

Your fire pit is perfection! If i was your neighbor, i'd be halfway over the fence already! Almost exactly 50 years ago to the month, i had my first Koobideh in Athens, Greece not knowing what i was in for. I have never forgotten that meal ... it was perfect. i was 21 years old and as naive as could be. The grilled tomatoes did it for me! This is by far the best Kebab Koobideh Instructional videos that I have seen. I see that a lot of time and effort went into perfecting your recipe. I have been trying to make kebab for the last couple of weeks and this is easily my favorite instructional video.
