Everytime I follow a bread recipie on youtube it usually turns out disastrous. But this one was absolutely amazing. When shaping the bread it looked horrible because it was my first time but dont worry, after baking it looks amazing. Tasted even better than it looks, best KZbin recipie. 10/10 will make again.

I LOVE THIS! I just made this today and it was so good. Cheesy and buttery from the toppings & the dough came out perfect (I knew my oven runs a little hotter so I took it out earlier). Thank you a ton for this recipe and I know I’ll be making these again and again!

Made this today and the results were great! The bread is so soft. Thou I had to add about an additional cup of flour since the dough was too sticky after the second proofing. And also, the hotdogs available was the skinny ones and thats what I used so the bread to sausage were a bit off... opps 🤭

Made this today and it was very good 💯 Before this im using another recipe but the result is bad like the dough didnt rise despite how long the resting time and the bread texture is very dense. I just made this last night. I never thought it would be this good. Everybody in the house loves it and my little brother is begging me to do it again. I doubled the bread recipe but I only have 9 sausages. I made the a lot of corn cheese topping so I stuffed it in the remaining dough and it's also great! Thanks for sharing this recipe. It's easy to follow and make as it's almost no knead. This will be a new house staple.

Hello, thank you for watching, were so happy you liked! You can keep the bread in the fridge for up to a week in a tray or plate wrapper in plastic or in a air tight container. Then to reheat we just microwave our on high for 45 seconds or until hot. But, it tastes the best reheated in the oven at 350 degrees F, for 3-5 minutes or until hot. Let us know if you have any more questions!

I love how you present your recipe - very calming. I have a question though, why does the dough look sticky during the proofing stage, just curious?

Hello! Since we don't use a mixer we let it naturally ferment to develop gluten. If you want to make it faster, you canxuse a mixer and add the butter in when your dough is coming together. That means you can skip the extra 30 minutes of proofing after adding butter. Recently we just started eating it ferment an extra 30 minutes after we knead the dough from the 30 minutes after the butter is incorporated. Its not necessary but we find the gluten structure to be slightly stronger. We hope that answers your question, let us know if it sounds confusing sorry!😅

Hello! For the oven we do not have a convection oven so it heats from the top coils. No fan is needed.

Hello! We don't usually freeze ours for baking later, but you shouldn't have issues freezing them. We recommend that you add the toppings when you're ready for baking. Also, when you're ready for baking, let the bread defrost and proof until doubled in a warm area.

Hi there! We usually use whichever brand of hot dog (sausage) we find at our local grocery store. So it's usually Bar S and Nathan's. But honestly you can use any brand you like. As for mayo, we just use a standard brand. any brand you like is perfectly fine. =)

Hi..just wondering is it necessary for proofing that long? 2 times so it almost takes 2 hours for proofing. Is there any shortcuts if we out of time 😅

The shortcut would be to use a mixer with a dough hook attachment. You can mix it and then add the butter straight in there. Basically skips the first proofing.
