I’m doing some basic grammar revision, and now the “오, 아, 오, 아, 오아 plus 아요 (아 요, 아 요)” will follow me for the rest of my life every time I speak Korean and I’m living for it 😂😂

I started learning Korean with ttmik five years ago when I was still in college. I used to listen to ttmik podcasts level 1-9 when I was commuting. Until now I have passed topik level 6 and am now doing my master majoring child development in Ewha. Just want to say thank you for your hard work and teaching me in fun and effective ways! ♡

I’ve been feeling real sad about the fact that most good online korean lessons require payment (which i totally understand bc they gotta live off of something) but its 2am and I’ve gone through like 10 of ur videos and holy crap the sheer AMOUNT of information ive been able to retain only from you is incredible. You are an amazing teacher, and as someone with ADHD who is a very, very visual learner, the repetitive songs are a godsend. Absolutely love your teaching methods. I wish school were more like this lmao

Hyunwoo, your an awesome teacher man. I self taught myself to n1 fluency in Japanese over 8 or so years and recently started learning korean since most of my friends in Japan also speak it. I enrolled in a local language school to learn Korean efficiently since I've been trying to learn Korean for months but can't seem to digest it. Yesterday was our first day and we discussed the present and past tense. Now, this video makes more sense I am getting the hang of it.

I know that teaching is not for everyone nor for a few either but for the exceptional ones. When that happens then you have this way of persuading people unfamiliar with Korean language that they are intellectually able to learn and in conjunction with a personal will to collect the knowledge and develop the skills at learning the language, then you cannot but succeed. That video is amazingly exceptional. I wonder what mental processes made this teaching method possible. Congratulations! Well, that and the fact that here is the Korean teacher doing it and the mindset of the Korean people at making things possible.

This was something I really needed.....I read the below comment just now where ttmik teacher replied that they have been training for the last 11 years and honestly I was like...😭 *"where was I for all these years?"* and it was then when I realised...I am 13 now...and before 11 years I was 2 and probably it was the time when I was learning Hindi, Bengali and after some years like when i was 5 i started learning english...as it was, and is still my 1st language.....how come korean come?😂 well, this video must get a million views since there are million of people learning korean *WELL, THANK YOU SO VERYYYY MUCH*

I found this to be so helpful!! Thanks for making this (and the catchy song!) :). I actually realized I remember hearing sentences in present tense from the k-dramas I’ve seen and it makes so much more sense now 😅😂.
