INGREDIENTS
4 hot dog buns (or two mini baguettes), split open lengthwise
4 Bratwurst, scored
1 tbsp olive oil
1 cup kimchi (Chinese cabbage variety)
7 oz (200g) Gouda cheese, grated
1 tbsp Sriracha
1 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tsp paprika
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
DIRECTIONS
1. Heat olive oil in fry pan on medium heat. Add Bratwurst and cook, turning once, for 5-6 minutes - until nicely browned.
2. Combine Sriracha, mayonnaise, and paprika.
3. Spread kimchi across the inside of buns.
4. Lay Bratwurst across kimchi and press in firmly.
5. Spread Sriracha mixture across Bratwurst.
6. Spread mustard across Bratwurst.
7. Divide cheese amongst each dog, pushing in above Bratwurst.
8. Place under broiler until cheese is nicely melted.
