I've noticed people in the artisan handcrafted soap making community are pretty supportive. They certainly come clean- It should not be rare. The knowledge helps us all in the end.♡ Sad it is rare to find transparent businesses. I want to see how each oil is harvested, made, the area, the workers to how the lye is made, fragrances to the mica all of the supplies. A lot goes into one bar of soap employing countless people in the supply chain. Is the olive oil fair trade? All of it I want to know down to the field each raw material is grown in. All of us should know. A healthier more information, non corrupt transparent marketplace. Love her values and I absolutely agree with them. She may put l♡ve into hers- mine have tears and some zestiness- not too much love or too lit, just right 😉

What a nice idea! I love watching you soap Joanna! I have one wholesale company locally keeping me busy this holiday season. I'm making 35 lb batches with those amazing dough proofing slabs you recommended. For Fall I'm making Honey Pumpkin Gingerbread Soap, Iced Honey Coffee Soap, Naked Honey Bars, Naked Honey Oat and Almond Bars, Salish Sea Solseife and Naked Lavender Soap all at the Urban Bee Farm here on Vancouver Island. It's incredible to be in demand so much that I deliver 100+ bars each week to keep everything in stock. As a bonus I'm getting really good at re batching with the scraps and leftovers and can keep creating for my Etsy shop those small batch custom orders and the soap inspired by my soapy imagination. :)Jen

I was intrigued as to how you'd make your cinnamon oatmeal soap. I use actual cinny powder, but less than 0.5% of my recipe. I'm living in a country where I can't get ANY soap making supplies except oils, and those are limited too. My milk, cinnamon and cocoa soap still smells amazing, even after 5 months of cure, though I didn't use a single fragrance or essential oil. Thanks for sharing your process!

Wonderfully well organised way of making large amounts of soap, I stress out just handling a couple of kilos of soap, I make a mess all around me and I am always fearful of handling lye even after so many years of making soap, its a pleasure to watch you making soap you make the process look very easy. thanks for the upload

I made a couple of pumpkin scented soaps, and a couple of different Apple scented soaps But lately I have been making lots and lots of Lotions. I also make Goat milk soap and Goat milk lotion. I love watching your videos. You gave me the idea to make a five gallon bucket of Lotion base insted of making each one separate. It's going to save so much time. With the base made all I have to do ismeasure out the amount, add fragrance and pipe into bottles. SO MUCH EASIER. Thank you

Yet again you are my soaping superhero!!! I LOVE watching you make the big batches. Yesterday I made Maple Sugar, Pumpkin, Rose, Jasmine, Lavender, Sweet pea and Bubblegum. Where do I sell? Well mom has a table at a craft fair at the end of the month... she makes cards and jewelry... it will be our first craft fair. Let's just say I don't think we will run out of stuff to sell. It is a smaller craft fair but that is just fine by us! I am going in to test the market and my marketing ideas. I have around 800 silver labels to go on the shrink wrap... they have to go through my laser printer... my back label will be just dollar store address labels for the ingredient lists. I also have a massive roll of vinyl for using on cars to make stickers... it is clear... so I am going to print off labels to put on plain white bags so my end product looks finished. Your vids really helped explain how important a finished looking product is. I can't tell you what I will go under yet... I have to purchase a URL and start a fb group for it first. I don't mind purchasing the URL but no further funds will be invested until I have proof of concept. BTW I LOVVVE soaping!!! Thank you for having a great impact on the soaping community!!!

I really enjoy your videos and all the info you give us! I was thinking...the companies that make the equipment you tell us about should give you some sort of compensation because there will probably be many people that view your videos who will want that same equipment. It's only right! Since you already have the equipment, they could do something like extend your warranties, give you a free upgrade, a percentage of the sales or free product (a tanker truck of oil ;-) ) or whatever. But they will be making sales because of your wonderful videos. Just food for thought. :)

I just found your channel today and I’m lov’n watching you; especially since you give glory to God ❤ I’ve been making soap since 2019 and started a small business Aug 2022. My question: watching your videos you add water separately from your 50/50 lye solution. I’ve only used dry sodium hydroxide that I mix with water (usually at a 35% ratio) using soapcalc program. So I’m confused by what you mean that you use a 50/50 ratio of water to sodium hydroxide?

Well my only fall soap is for my husband and he’s best friend. It’s called Hunting Soap fragrance oil is from The Sage Called “Earth FO”. This year I am attempting to do a camouflage soap for them. Still haven’t made it yet. Side note : how do you handle soap making and life? My mom is very sick and I found out last night my Grandma isn’t doing good either so I let everyone know that I put my business on hold to deal with family. Some of my people were okay with this but I did have some who were really upset with me. I can’t seem to be creative right now.
