Hello, it is very easy to make this recipe with meat. You follow the same recipe, but in the beginning steps, you sauté the meet with the oil, garlic and onion mix. You could use beef or lamb, either way I recommend you choosing a meat with bones because it makes it more flavorful. After you sauté the meat, add two times the amount of water to cover the meat and let it boil until the meat is tender. Then you follow the recipe the same way you add the tomato paste and fresh tomatoes and cilantro.

Thank you habibi! Yes make sure to let the frozen okra thaw. Then pat them dry with paper towels so the oil doesn’t splash on you when you fry them. I would love to hear how it turns out with you.
