Great idea !! I just bought a food dryer and I'll dry the lemons and once dry crush them till powdered with the salt. I hope it'll work well.

Do you do anything with the zest of the lemons? It's useful for mixing into sugar for adding lemon flavor to desserts, so maybe you could add it to the salt and run it through a food processor for extra lemon flavor.

250ml lemon juice but you don't say (nor write in the description box) HOW MUCH salt !!! ?? How many gr is a table spoon (many sizes...) ? You salt bowl seems rather big ! Thanks !
