Can we keep it इन s.steel hollow vessel( पातेलं ) for drying? It's difficult to keep it in plates.. Chances of spilling are there.. Also difficult yo cover plates at night time..

Lemon water is acidic n cannot place on steel plate it reacts. It has to be poured on glass plate.
