1. use spot welder of LI ION batteries and 2. don't use so much thick wire for soldering in between them as these wire will have high resistance value thus drop in few voltage and Ampere,

a suggestion do not use heat in those 18600 batteries because it can affect their performance you can use a spot welder which is more effective😎👍
