How To Make 8S 24V Lithium Phosphate Battery Pack for Electric Cycle

This video will guide you to the production of an 8S 24V lithium-ion battery pack for your electric cycle! This battery pack will be made using LifePo4 cells. All that we teach you through this tutorial is not only straightforward but also rich in information.
Materials Required:
1)16 x 3.2V 32650 Lifepo4 cells : roboman.in/nu1u
2)8S BMS (Battery Management System) : roboman.in/84kp
3)Nickel strips : roboman.in/wiwq
4)Spot welder or soldering iron
5)Insulating materials (PVC shrink wrap or kapton tape): roboman.in/322a
6) Battery holder or enclosure : roboman.in/9gsi
7)Wire cutters and strippers
8) Multimeter
Safety gear (gloves, safety glasses)
Step-by-Step Guide:
Safety First: Always put on personal protective equipment when handling Lithium Phosphate cells to avoid accidents resulting from injuries.
Preparing the Cells: Every single piece of cell numbered as “32700” was tested with the help of a multimeter to confirm their proper functioning and similar voltage levels.
Assembling the Pack: The arrangement should be such that there is alignment on polarity between the positive and negative terminals with each other before putting it together in eight sets of two by two set up.
Connecting the Cells: After connecting them together using nickel strips through welding or soldering iron, they should appear in series connection.
Installing the BMS: Fasten this BMS onto your battery pack which comes with a wiring diagram provided by manufacturer from which you can screenshot any moment while watching video.
Insulating the Pack: It can be done through use of PVC shrink to cover up or just simply kapton tape around making sure all parts are covered well over after sealing them inside a bagged case
