Real Shea butter is yellow, pasty and greasy with a nutty smell. Refined(Stripped of color) is white, hard and scentless. I use both....depends on what i'm making.

Such a wonderfully informative video, I learned so much from just this one but now I've watched several of your lotion bars and body butter videos, they are all fabulous but commenting is difficult for me as my computer is broken for now. I can get KZbin on my TV but can't comment there....I must go another place and find the video again....you work so hard. I am convinced there are 10 of you there, I can't see even a Genie in a bottle getting everything done that you do. And maintain their calm and cheerful demeanor...I feel I'm there with you as you're bustling about, getting it done and turning out the beautifully luscious products that you do. I know I tend to go on, we "southern bells" can't seem to put the brakes on once we get started, sorry!!! Just one more little thing please.....don't listen to anyone who says "don't talk so much"....I love your talking, please don't change a thing about your presentations, I adore all of them. Thank you, sorry so long.

Hi liezl rubio. I'm from the Philippines. It's hot here most of the time but people still need moisturizers which are not sticky and are aesthetically appealing. Hey Karen! I love this recipe and how easy it is to just smooth on the body. I like using this type of recipe that has bee's wax included, in the big twist tubes. Very convenient to be able to twist up the product, use and then roll back down and have a secure twist cap on it too. The bee's wax bars are great in creating a barrier on the skin and holds up so well to a lot of hand washings while keeping in the moisture. The bars I make without bee's wax, I also add Mango butter, coconut oil and a small bit of cornstarch to help with the greasy feel. I love your special touch with the rose buds...so pretty! Looking forward to the whipped butter next. Loving this content...Big ((Hugs)) and Love from Texas!! xoxoxo : )

@@EdensSecret1 I've seen them on Amazon but have purchased them at Wholesale Supplies Plus, sometimes will find a better price in a bigger quantity. I love them. The 2.2 oz is the twist and there is a 1 oz "push up" that I love too. They have a newer version of the "push up" that twists too, I haven't used them so can't give a review. I will put "links below" from Amazon for ya. You might check with WSP to see if they might be having a sale going on too. I'm a container fanatic...I just can't get enough of them. LOL They have come out with so many smaller tubes like for lip gloss etc that are so cute, it's hard to resist! LOL wink wink ; ) Have a wonderful day!! xoxo : )

Barak, helps the community and seems like a great place to get it cuz all of the money after expense goes to Ghana and that community. Its 30$ for 5 pounds and it looks like that you have I bought Shea from E depot. And its soft and I'm. It seems to be okay but I'm recently learning that all butters and oils are not created the same I've been making my own mango and sunflower oil and rice bran oil. And planting..like crazy lots of infusion and I have to make my own soap stamp, but it is what it is.. I love your Pyrex bowls, I wish I could afford them, thank u!
