Hi Belinda. Thank you for this video. Wondering if you can explain why you used the coconut oil at 2%? In your recent surfactant video you advised against the use plant oils as they negatively impact stability and shelf life, as well as the ability to clean or foam. You did say that the ethoylated form was best and if you had to use a plant oil to use less than 1%. I'm sure every rule has an exception and just wondered why the exception here. Thank you..mIchele

The use of the oil reduces the foam - hence the ‘low poo’ nature of this product with more oil present. You wouldn’t want this much oil in a regular shampoo otherwise it decreases the foam and cleansing power.
