Just finished baking this, and I loved this recipe. For measuring the flour, I research what 2 3/4 cup is in grams, so I can use the reading scale not the measuring cups. I also added chocolate chips as well. Thank you🙏🏾

What is 1 cup of butter is it 50gram or 100gram etc ?. Can I use soft butter like margarine ?

Hi Marie I had try your recipe last night. Some how my cookies not crunchy but turn out soft 😢I follow every steps. Accept I reduced the sugar level to half a cup instead 1 cup

Flour measurement is 2 3/4 cups, which I believe is about 345 grams. Hope that helps! 😊
