Beautiful manja, Baba! I could "smell" it when you were frying the peperki, onions and garlic. So reminds me of my Baba's manja. I made beef manja just last Sunday with hard crust bread and it's always better the next day leftovers. Your kitchen is beautiful and so is your Macedonian heart. Hello, thank you for the question! I am glad you watched my newest cooking video, I use paprika (Red)
