I really didn't think they took too long. I thought they were easier than making pinwheel cookies and trying to layer the dough without tearing them and rolling into logs.

I'm glad you think it's an easy recipe. I use a hand mixer in some of my cookie recipes, but it's not necessary. You can easily mix the dough with a dough scraper❤❤❤

You can find the recipe here. 200 g butter, 100 g powdered sugar, a little salt, 1 tsp. vanillin, 260 g flour. Bake at 160 degrees for about 14-16 minutes.
