I made this burger and it was delicious! I prefer the pattie inside a lightly toasted pita bread because there is less "bread" to interfere with the taste of the pattie. Thanks so much for the recipe - I will definitely make this again and again and again...

I tried this earlier and the place i live dont sell rice flakes so i conveniently replaced it with normal boiled rice hoping that it will turn out well and suprisingly it did. I couldnt freeze and wait for so long so i immediately made this patty and the burger. This recipe which i adapted for my Veg burger was absolute perfection. It cannot get any better. It definitely reminded me of Mc Veggie that i had in India while i was studying. Oh well... how much i miss India.. Thank you so much Bharat for inspiring me ! Please do try this guys !!! Thank you for sharing. It looks yummy, but do be careful not to use metal on tfal pans. Scratching can cause a really bad flu like symptom if the flakes or pan materials seep into the food. It's really bad. I use a rubber or plastic spatula. I usually eat hamberger, but my doctor tells me to cut out red meat, because my kidneys cant handle it. Thank you for this idea.
