How To Make Mineral Blusher

Here is a lovely and very simple mineral blusher which is a recipe taken from our Diploma in Formulating Natural Makeup and Advanced Color Cosmetics. You can vary your blusher to suit your needs and preferences which will either include changing the base or the color slightly, but here’s the general method to making your own mineral blusher.
A few top tips. When making small quantities of mineral makeup products, we recommend measuring the base powders and pigments using measuring spoons. This is completely different to skincare and haircare formulation where we never advise using spoon and cup measurements!
When creating individual makeup products, we are working with such tiny amounts of powders that measuring spoons work well, especially when you are experimenting to create your perfect shade. When you are ready to create a bigger batch, you can scale up your recipe and weigh your ingredients instead.
When making mineral makeup, we recommend using measuring spoons that measure ⅛ tsp, ¼ tsp, ½ tsp, 1 tsp, and a mini-scoop (0.05ml). However, other measuring spoons can also be handy.

It's an electric spice/coffee grinder. You can buy them in a kitchen store or on amazon.
