How to Make Momos at Home Without Steamer | Momos Recipe Without Steamer | Momos Without Steamer
Hello frnds,In this video i have made momos without steamer i have made these in pan, very simple to make momos and you wont need any steamer. And taste just like steamed momos. So these called pan momos.
Important things to consider,
1- add water to the pan according to your cooking pan, and water level should not be more than momos, just half way only
2- cook momos till there bottom become little crust Then add water
3- give momo any shape which you find easy or you like
Ingredients for making Pan Momos;
1 cup maida
Salt to taste
1 tbsp+ 2 tbsp + 2 tbsp oil
1 cup finely choppers cabbage
1/4 cup finely chopped carrot
2 tbsp chopped Ginger&Garlic
1/3 tsp Black Pepper Powder
1/3 tsp Ajinomoto(Optional)
1 tsp soya sauce
1 tsp Vinegar
