This is not true, The post says make 10,000 from reviewing products, U gotta pay this person to tell you how and a friend of mine did and she has yet to make money, Its so much to do and she has yet to see these thousands. Its would be nice to be honest when you guys put up these post because there are people really needing to make an income.

@@pennygirl99 I think that’s a good callout that not everyone is going to make that just like with anything of this nature pay will vary. If you do it one off like me (just reviewing the things I naturally purchase) I’ll never hit that mark. But there are softwares etc where you can get strategic but it takes a lot of time. There’s quite a few people who have free tips on KZbin. I’d recommend checking those out. As of now though I’ve made over $1000 so there’s some money to be made but making livable money is another beast.

My first 3 videos were rejected for onsite commission but I cannot find where they say the reason is for these rejections? Would you know where this is located? I went to "manage video" and not there. I hear people say it is next to the video but I don't see this. Thanks This was the only message I got from Amazon, but no exact reason: "Your videos were not approved to be featured on our product pages. Please try again. After review, we have determined your videos don't meet our video quality requirements. These requirements must be met to be shown on placements outside your storefront, such as a product's details page. To be reconsidered for additional placements outside of your storefront, please delete all your existing videos and upload at least 3 new videos that meet our best practices. Please note that we limit the number of cumulative reviews to 3 per influencer."

They don’t give specifics really. But I’d imagine if you have only a handful of videos and they’re performing well you could still get approved.

@@ElizabethAnderson-b4i if you didn’t get approved you can apply again once you feel like you’re in a better place to get accepted. I would sign up for the affiliate one anyway and just have it as an option because you may have a friend or family member ask you for an Amazon recommendation for a product and can send them your link. But in terms of the influencer side you’re out of luck just for the time being.

I am in both programs and your numbers are not legit. No one makes 10,000/month. More like 1,000 and that is after months and months or work and over 500 videos uploaded.

If that's true , then its really heart breaking. But I guess, it also depends on content quality which again improves viewership. The more viewers the more earning and obviously multiple sources of income should be targeted I believe. Affiliate earning, ad revenue from media, etc.

I used to have a survival website with an Amazon store. I made about $500 - $700 a month from my website with not a lot of effort, say 5-10hrs a week posting new blog articles to my website and linking to products within the article. You get nothing for nothing. You ALWAYS have to put in some amount of effort.

$10k is more than possible! If you are smart of the products you select and aim for the higher end of the commission scale i.e. 5-10% then to make $10k a month you have to 'sell' $100k - $200k of products. That sounds a lot, but during covid my average month was closer to $1k as I was as prioritising people just clicking on my link as any purchase within 24 hrs counts. So even if they clicked on the link for a book, but bought a new laptop that night, I got the commission. So 5% of $1,000 was $50.

Yup. I’m in both as well. Made about $800 last month. I’m in multiple groups and Reddit threads of people who do this and have been doing this for years, and NOBODY is making $10,000 a month. I hate when KZbinrs are lying on here. Also it’s becoming overly saturated so the people who have been in it forever are saying they make less now than ever before. People who have been in the programs several years and post consistently make around $1,500 a month. People who just started or don’t post consistently can expect much less, around $200. And this is all pre tax income. You are not going to get rich and retire early doing this.

@@SarahSappington congrats! Yes so once you upload 3 videos and tag relevant products in the video Amazon will review your videos to make sure they’re eligible for on site commission. After that they MAY be added to the product page so you can earn commission. There is never a guarantee but uploading videos is the best way to start.

@ are you in the program? If so there is a way to upload video to your storefront. Once you upload those videos if a product allows videos on their product page (not all products do) Amazon may pull your video into the main product page where you can receive onsite commission. Hope that helps!

I have a new instagram account as well that I'm slowly posting the videos to as well. obviously, just made the account a few days ago so I don't have any followers or engagement. Just a handful of clicks (according to the associates page). I guess I just keep doing this? After watching your video--it feels like the best way to significantly increase your commissions is to go the full on influencer route. @@vicamaya5413 so they call them carousels. Not all products have them and they typically show up directly above customer review videos. They’re just videos influencers post. Not all videos get selected to be there it’s somewhat random. If someone watches your video on the product page then purchases directly from there you get the commission. They don’t need to go to your storefront.

@@cassandra4203 yup! And you don’t even have to have bought them from Amazon it just has to be something that Amazon sells. So go around your house- looks at products big and small, see if Amazon sells them then make videos to post on the Amazon influencer platform.
