Millie, i have a questionnnn. I currently run my own online fitness coaching business and work with a fitness company that basically has everything automated for me . This including setting up my email flows, etc. I am free to give them ideas to send out for email templates, i have access to check out the open rates, etc. But I dont manage it, they do. The point is for them to nurture my email list and upsell them to my 1:1 Coaching services. Would it be best that i create my OWN separate email list? Or keep driving people to the current one that my fitness company runs/manages?

I noticed that you used two different thumbnails because when I tried to find the video on your page, I couldn’t find it and then I realize that the thumbnail was slightly different than the one I had seen before. The one of you sleeping in the clouds is way more of an appealing thumbnail than the one of you with your eyes open sleeping with a 2000 above your head. Just wanted to give you that from a consumer/viewer perspective. In fact, I clicked on it because I thought the thumbnail was quite enticing.
