How to make Naga Pickle, Chili pickle recipe, Homemade Naga pickle
In this video I Aqib Ullah will be showing you how to make Naga Morich Pickle. Chili pickle recipe (Achar ) useing our home grown Naga Morich from our Bangladeshi vegetable garden in uk @ Ali Raja Bagan Bari UK
I really enjoyed making this hot naga pickle, it was so fun to make. This pickle is extremely hot however so delicious and flavoursome. Have a go yourself the recepie is below:
20 naga chilli
20 cloves of garlic smashed
340g of seedless olives
2 teaspoon each of: fennel seeds, whole Dania, mendhi seeds, brown mustard seeds and whole jeera seeds.
Dry roast and grind seeds in blender.
1 teaspoon each of: garam Masala, haldi & powder curry powder.
2 cooking spoon of mustard oil
1 cooking spoon of olive oil
1 and half inch ginger sliced
1 teaspoon of salt
1 cooking spoon of vinegar
