I was a bit wary of the olives, but honestly it went together so well. The last time I had naga pickle like this was 15 years ago when someone sent it from Bangladesh. I’ll defo be gifting it to my family when I next visit them. Ps your garden is a dream.

Poor kid, I hope he was fine later. its not everybody's cup of tea to eat such hot chilies. I love the dedication he shows towards cooking. carefully measuring everything.
