I’m totally new to sports videography and videography in general so this year so I’ve been trying to learn all I can! I picked up a Sony ZV-E10 and a Sony 18-105 lens and I think I’ve got most of the settings figured out, but I had a couple questions on a few things. 1. I would set the white balance manually while pointing at a white piece of paper in the environment you'll be shooting in. Exposure isn't something you can predict, as I said in my other message, you need to learn the exposure triangle.

If the NBA or the broadcast partner give you a licence for the footage, you'll be able to successfully dispute any copyright claim. But a license like that is not cheap. We're talking thousands of dollars per second of footage.

Thanks for the video. I'm trying to be the one to get more female representation in the basketball community. I've always been interested in making sports mixtapes/videographing for a while now and I've been pulling semi-decent views without high quality clips or the most popular songs but hopefully this helps me get out there more! You need to research by player or by team and watch tons of videos before you find one that has what you want in the quality that you want. And you'll probably only like small parts of that video so you'll need to find a few to make a video of your own. The best way to start is by using the search filter and select the 4K option.
