How to make Neem Oil at Home for Hair, Skin, and Acne on the Face

Homemade neem oil from the leaves. It can be used on the face to treat acne and also on the hair for hair growth.
I used the double-boiling method to avoid heating the leaves directly and this method makes it faster to extract the contents of the neem leaves into the carrier oil.
USES:
- Neem oil is used for the treatment of skin infections and also for treating dry skin and wrinkles
- It can stimulate the production of collagen

This is an infusion, I would dry the leaves first in a dehydrator to avoid moisture from the leaves before infusion and leave it on your window or a corner 4 to 6 weeks before straining it and it is ready for use or after drying you can do the double boiler method which is quicker like you did. Hi Ma'am, very nice video. Actually I'm having hair fall and even experiencing hair thinning over a period of time which I belive has increased recently. I have a few queries, and I'll be happy if you take time out to put them to rest. 1. I wish to make a hair oil using neem, curry leaves, Fenugreek, with the mixture of coconut oil, sunflower oil, sesame oil and Vit E capsules and any other thing that make it strong and potent for hair. But how exactly do I go about it? 2. I want to make this once in a good quantity, can you please help and guide. 3. What all things should I mix in which oil and finally how to mix all of them to make one bottle oil to be used at least for a month. Looking forward to your advice.

Sorry about your condition, but I will advice against combining many substances like that all at once. Try one and see the effect first; remember you could react to some of these things, so combining all at once is not the best. Some of the hair fall could be related to old age, some are underlying diseases such as thyroid disorders. Please check with your personal physician to ensure there is no underlying health problem first. The use of these oils is simply to enrich the scalp where there is a deficiency of nutrients but they cannot treat underlying problems that may also cause hair fall.

Try using curry leave water alone. Get say 10grams of curry leaves. Wash and let them dry, then keep in your room to dry or use as fresh if you desire. Take say half liter of water, put the leaves into the water and heat to about 70 degrees celcius and allow to stay for 5minutes. Strain of the water and use a sprinkler to sprinkle on the affected hair say about 6hourly. In 2 - 4 weeks, you should see some improvement. If that does not work, I have a product that grows hair. thanks

When the leaves are blended, add the oil just enough to cover the leaves. Coconut oil can be used as your carrier oil, the same with almond oil. Just a small chunk not up to a handful will do. The more the leaves, the more concentrated it gets.

You're not actually extracting oil from the neem leaves. What you're doing is infusion of the leaves with the olive oil. Neem oil is extracted from the seeds.

When making homemade oils, it's always best to make a little at a time since there is no preservative added. I still have the one I made at room temperature, it's a month plus now and it hasn't spoiled yet. If you are bothered about the shelf life simply store it in the fridge and warm it again when you want to use it. Hope this helps?

I experienced it too but my hair has returned back to normal after I stopped breastfeeding.
