Very crunchy. Please why 1 TSBP for 5&1/3 cups of flour? Is the baking powder not too much? Please I'm just asking. Also please recipes for 1kilo of flour

That 5 1/3 is a kilo of flour, and the baking powder, if you're in Europe, use one sachet of baking powder. That was what I used, If you're not in Europe, maybe you don't have the sachet one, level the spoon of the baking powder just the same way I leveled the flour. Do you understand, please?

@@ToniaLight Yes I understand you ma'am. But I'm in Nigeria and 51/3 is not a kilo of flour here in Nigeria. About 8 or 9cups of flour makes a kilo here. Please drop recipe for 1kg here in Nigeria.
