Thank you for sharing, I love your recipe but my question is, how do I achieve this if I'm doing in large quantity like for commercial, mixing like 5 to 6kg, won't the mixture collapse before I finished frying? Or do I need to mix it in batches, please I will be waiting for the reply, thank you

Nothing will happen to the mixture, just multiply it by the measurement I used, mixing in batches is a total waste of time So just do it at once
