Hello T spices. Absolutely great recipe. It's finger licking delicious. Here is what I did differently: I added 8 tablespoons of sugar. I added 55g of margarine I added half cup of evaporated milk and half cup of water I pounded it eventually in my small mortar and pestle until the dough passed the window pane test. Then I allowed it to rise for 45 minutes in a warm place. It went for a second kneading and I cut into 70g balls which was 13 balls and a small ball. I mixed full cream powdered milk with sugar for dusting it. Then I mixed whipping cream powder with very little water. Then I added evaporated milk and added powdered milk to thicken it up. Best milky doughnuts so far. All I need now is some hot tea and I am good. Thank you so much for such an amazing recipe.

I think I just learnt how to make a better doughnut mine usually don't rise so I think I need to increase my yeast and allow it rise for one hour. Thanks a lot this is very timely

Omo thanks so much chai , it almost flopped but then again as I watch ur video I see say na oil u put on d slab and u put enough butter, Omo and it came out exactly as yours.
