How To Make Nigerian Stewed Beans (Ewa Riro)

I go through my method of making Nigerian Stewed Beans known as Ewa Riro in the yoruba language. It's pretty straight forward to be honest. Cook beans until tender then add in a stew. It's another one of the many dishes that make use of ata lilo, the red Nigerian stew. Much like the myriad of dishes in Nigeria everyone will have their own slight variations as will each region of the country.
