I will always mix “OGBONO x OKRO SOUP” for the best eating experience! Thank you Kikifoodies for this very healthy, sumptuous, delicious, and miraculous dish on this beautiful Tuesday here in the New York City area. This is rich with big chunks of goat meat, beef, onions, bonga fish, dried smoked fish, in palm oil. To go with fufu! Great meals are coming out today! We are rich! We are blessed! We are ‘eating good in the Pan-African neighborhood!’ Thank you!

Please I have 2 questions. 1. Can I store ogbonno seeds in the freezer or its just blended ogbonno and for how long would it last cause I'm a student. 2. Do I store egusi seeds or powder the same way
@Kikifoodies Жыл бұрын
Hi, yes, you can store the ogbono seeds in the freezer either whole or ground. It’s also best to store Egusi in the freezer for a longer shelf life.

Hello Kiki, I'm a Ghanaian 🇬🇭 and don't know what ogbono is. Kindly tell me the English name for ogbono
@Kikifoodies Жыл бұрын
Hi, I don’t think there’s an English name for it since it’s local Nigerian ingredients. You can find it in any Nigerian store or online.

Hey! I have a Goodnews for you Dearie👌 The Good News is that God's promise of entering his place of rest still stands. It was announced to us just as it was to some people of old. But it did them no good because they didn't believe what God told them. They couldn't enter because of disobedience. This is a call to enter into God's rest, so what is stopping you ? Is it disobedience? Jesus has been made a sin offering, he died already, allow him into your heart. Another Goodnews is that he is the only God that forgives and forgets (Heb 10:17 "I will never again remember their sins and lawless deeds.") He is knocking, allow him today.
